  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We currently only ship orders to USA and Canada. For Canadian customers duties and taxes may apply that are charged by the shipper. Customers are responsible for those charges.

  • What is the set up charge?

    The screen printing process requires a stencil to be made, a film positive of the artwork, burning the screen and various other tasks which take up a lot of time.

  • Do you do rush orders?

    Yes we do, and we don't charge for rushing the order. If you need an order rushed please contact us.

  • Which payment options do you take?

    We take all major credit cards such as, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 

  • Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order we recommend you do so as soon as possible. Current Orders are going into production within 24hrs of being placed on our website.

    If you have made an error on the art or item you can also correct it instead of cancelling and starting over.

    The easiest way to cancel you order is to reply to your invoice or you can simply call us.

  • How are your products priced?

    The prices for each items are located in the products tab on our site. The easiest way to get an estimate is to enter the designer tool and enter the quantity desired. The deign online tool will update the price of the item including all costs except shiping. For for a custom quote on a koozie please contact us.

  • What are your production times?

    Production times vary item by item. Generally for most items it is 4-8 business days depending on the time of the year and how busy we are. An estimate is given on the checkout page. The estimates are updated by us daily and are on time with our production process.

  • Which shipping carrier do you use?

    We are not exclusive to one carrier. All of our item are currently shipped out of Texas. Most of the items we sell go standard UPS blue, Fed Ex or US Postal. Shipping estimates are given out at the checkout page. Country and zip code needs to be provided to provide a correct estimate. 

  • What's your return policy?

    Imprinted items have a limited return policy and can only be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are defective. If you are facing any issue with an item please let us know ASAP

  • What is the Setup Charge?

    A setup charge is a charge for the screen making process.

    While screen printing a stencil is required , a film positive with your artwork in it and many other various tasks that require a lot of time to print the item.

  • What is the "In Hands Date"?

    The In hands date simply means the date you will get the order on your door step. The order will arrive on that date at the latest, most of our order are custom printed and shipped out earlier but we do provide a date on the checkout page that lets you know the latest you will get your order by.
