We Recommend reading these prior to placing your order.

While Express Imprint tries extremely hard to meet the need and expectation of our customers, we do face certain limitations.

Spelling Mistakes

Express Imprint tries to review orders for spelling mistakes but we do not catch them all. We recommend customers review their art proofs that are emailed attached to the invoice. If you find a spelling error please contact us immediately!

Changes to order


while we realize mistakes do happen if you need to make a change please contact us right away. Orders that have been printed and shipped cannot be changed.

Imprint Colors

We highly recommend that you choose item and ink colors that contrast, for example having white ink or a dark item or dark ink on a light item. red ink on a red item or such is not recommended.
If we feel like your order will not look pleasable we will contact you for alternative colors, you do have the right to proceed with your color choices but we are not responsible if you proceed without our recommendations.

Item Colors

Monitors that are not calibrated may show colors that are inaccurate. We recommend requesting a sample of an item to view its color in person


Return Policy

The return policy on personalized items is limited, once an item is imprinted we cannot remove the imprint to resell the item. we highly recommend getting a free sample from us if you are unsure about an item. If an item is defective or an error has been made on our part the item is refundable within 30 days of purchase.
